Delivery Terms

We are pleased to announce that TRD.com is offering SAMEDAY delivery service for all floral orders placed with us on-line.There will be no service charge for all items to be delivered within China. The amount you see is what you pay.

Please note that orders received before 1:30 PM on weekdays and Saturdays will be delivered on the same day, unless specified otherwise. Orders made after 1:30 PM on Saturday and on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday.

There will be no delivery on Sundays except for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day.

Same Day Delivery


For all orders requested same day delivery can be arrange provided the orders were received before 1:30 PM Chinese Time (GMT + 8.00)

*Orders received after 1:30 PM Chinese Time (GMT + 8.00) will be delivered on the following day (excluding holidays and festive seasons).

*Orders received after 1:30 PM on Saturday will be delivered on Monday (excluding holidays and festive seasons).

To guarantee the availability of stocks for peak season delivery like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, please order at least 2 days in advance (in addition to Sundays, other festive seasons and public holidays).

Place your order earlier and we will try our utmost best to meet your desired delivery date and time. In certain areas, due to unavailability of delivery service, delivery requested on Sunday or Public Holiday may be delivered "a day earlier" or "a day after" the requested date.

Important: Please review all information before submitting an order e.g. recipient's name, delivery address, post code, contact number & delivery date.

Incomplete address, phone numbers, information of sender and receiver may delay the delivery.


Flowers can not be delivered to P.O. boxes and some rural areas.

Refund will be given at the discretion of the company management

Please check your e-mail immediately after placing an order, you will receive an e-mail of confirmation from us. This e-mail contains your order number as well as a summary of your order. If there is any changes to be made you may reply the email with the details of your order. We will do the necessary changes as your request.

Should a problem arise, you will be contacted via e-mail with an explanation of the problem, along with a phone number that can be used to contact our customer service


Please note that seasonal conditions may affect the supply of certain kind of flowers. Specific colours may not always be available. In some extreme cases, substitution may be necessary to fulfil your floral and container requirements. The dimensions given for arrangements are mere approximations. However, you may refer to them as general guideline of the flowers' sizes.

In certain cases, subject to stock-availability, we reserve the right to substitute your order with another item which is of equal or higher value. In these circumstances, alternative containers of similar or greater value and style will be used

Not withstanding the above, occasionally the delivery could be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances that is beyond our control
